Terms and Conditions for Membership at Supreme Peace
Bare with us as we get the nitty gritty out of the way, so we can enjoy our practice together free of any confusion about boundaries.
A few things have changed about our Terms and Conditions, so please read carefully, and make sure you agree before purchasing.

We believe in transparency and self-determination when it comes to your membership at Supreme Peace, so we are excited to use a scheduling software that puts you in the driver’s seat with your membership.
Are you loving classes more than you thought you would? Terrific! You can easily upgrade your membership at any time.
Do you have a lot of travel or a medical procedure coming up in the future? We have Online classes to carry you through, but if you’re going to be in the rainforest without internet, you can always cancel, and easily come back when you’re ready.
*All membership changes take place at the end of your current term.
A membership is defined as any auto renewing subscription (i.e. a monthly or yearly subscription). These memberships offer the best prices to those looking to make a commitment to their peace and wellness.
Once you purchase a membership, you’re all set. You don’t need to worry about making any additional purchases for regular classes.
Minimum Commitment: NONE
Includes all regularly scheduled classes:
In Person and Online (Unless the membership is specifically an ONLINE only membership)
Special classes and workshops are not included in class packages, but we often share coupon codes with our members for special events and workshops.
Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (i.e monthly or annually).
Upgrades & Downgrades:
Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded anytime by cancelling your current plan, and signing up for the new option in Acuity Scheduling.
Cancellations occur at the end of your current membership period.
Unused classes do not roll over to the following month, so if you find yourself with a number of unused classes at the end of each month, you may wish to try out our 4x/month membership, or try a Class Package instead.
Cancellations: Cancel at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current membership cycle.
***If you are on Legacy Pricing, please note that cancellation of your membership means forfeiting this savings. When you are ready to return, current prices will apply.
Refunds: We cannot refund, extend, or pro-rate memberships.
-
A class package is defined as a group of classes purchased together for a discount. These do not automatically renew. When you have enjoyed all the classes in a package, you will need to make a new purchase to attend your next class.
Includes all regularly scheduled classes:
Class packages include all regularly scheduled in-person and virtual classes (unless it is an ONLINE only membership).
Special classes and workshops are not included in our class packages.
Expiration Date: All of our class packages have generous expiration dates that give you plenty of flexibility and just the right amount of accountability.
10 class packages expire 6 months after the date of purchase (an average of 1.7 classes/month)
30 class packages expire 1 year after the date of purchase. (an average of 2.5 classes/month)
If you plan to attend class less regularly than that, we recommend signing up for one class at a time.
Refunds: We cannot refund class packages; however, if you wish to gift your unused classes to someone, contact us at info@supremepeaceyoga.com prior to the expiration date, and we will gladly help you with that.
-
Pre Registration is required for all yoga classes through your Acuity Scheduling.
If you enjoy attending the same classes every week, you can sign up for recurring classes for a whole month to simplify the process.
Cancellation can be made anytime prior to the start of your class.
The cancellation button appears at the bottom of the class reminder you will receive 24 hours prior to the session. (Please do not contact the studio to cancel a class.)
All classes cancelled prior to the start of the class will be returned to your membership or class package to use at a different time.
All classes not cancelled prior to the start of the scheduled class time will be deducted from your membership or package as if you were in attendance.
Class cancellation/ Studio Closure;
In the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled, you will be contacted via email. We will return the class back to your class package or membership.
In the event the physical yoga studio closes (i.e. health pandemic or other unforeseen reasons), we will maintain a virtual class schedule to honor our contract with you. We hope you can join us online. If not, we understand if you prefer to cancel your membership prior to the next renewal cycle.
In the unlikely event that Supreme Peace needs to cease offering virtual and in person classes, your membership will be extended or the remaining time refunded.
-
Refunds: Registration is non-refundable, and does not carry forward if you are unable to attend.
Cancellation:
If you are feeling ill or need to cancel for any reason, you may gift your spot to another person, or, if the program you are enrolled in is offered virtually, as well, you may switch to online registration by emailing us no later than 8am the day of class at info@supremepeaceyoga.com.
In the wake of Covid times, we offer many of our programs online, as well as in person. This includes both Reiki and Yoga Teacher Training. Given these strange times, we reserve the right to make the training online-only if the global climate warrants we do this. (We do not anticipate needing to do this, but our priority is everyone’s health and safety.)
We relish the particular connection that occurs during in-person participation, and we hope as many of you can participate in-person as possible.
In the unlikely event that Supreme Peace needs to cancel the training, you will receive a full refund for the training.
Payment Plans: If you have selected a payment plan for any of our training programs, you are responsible for the full balance of the program.
Work Study: If you are on work study, and are unable to complete any of the work study, you are responsible financially for any remaining work-study not completed.

Reiki Training Policies + Boundaries
Mentorship Session Scheduling
Private mentorship sessions are an important part of Reiki training and are reserved specifically for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a mentorship session. Each training includes one complimentary reschedule.
If an in-person mentorship session needs to shift to virtual, you may do so with at least 1 hour notice. Attunements may be offered either in person or virtually through distance Reiki, depending on what best supports the student and training process.
All required mentorship sessions and attunements must be completed in order to receive certification.
Missed sessions, no-shows, or reschedules beyond the first complimentary reschedule may be rescheduled for a fee of $175 per hour.
I understand that true emergencies and unexpected life circumstances arise, and those situations will always be met with humanity and care. My intention is not rigidity, but clear boundaries that honor both your commitment to the work and the sustainability of mine.
Reflection + Email Support
Reflection prompts are included throughout Reiki training to support embodiment, accountability, and integration.
You’ll have space to submit reflections, questions, and insights as you move through the coursework. I review reflections and use them to help guide our private mentorship sessions.
Some reflections may receive brief written responses. Deeper processing, extensive troubleshooting, personal healing work, and individualized guidance are held during live mentorship sessions, where they can receive the care and attention they deserve.
Email support is intended for:
reflection submissions
clarification questions related to course material
scheduling needs
important support questions related to training integration
Email support does not include ongoing coaching, crisis support, therapy, or extensive processing outside of scheduled mentorship sessions.
This helps protect the integrity of the work and ensures support happens within a strong and sustainable container.
Completion Window
Students enrolled in Reiki I, Reiki II, or Reiki III have 12 months from enrollment to complete all coursework, reflections, mentorship sessions, attunement, and certification requirements.
The Reiki Master Apprenticeship is designed as a 12-month seasonal mentorship container. Students have up to 24 months from enrollment to complete the apprenticeship, including coursework, mentorship sessions, Master attunement, integration practices, and completion requirements.
These completion windows are designed to offer spaciousness while still supporting momentum, integration, and the integrity of the training container.
Refund Policy
Because access to materials, curriculum, scheduling, and energetic preparation begins upon enrollment, all Reiki training payments are non-refundable.
Please take time to make sure the training feels aligned before enrolling. If you are unsure which level is right for you, or whether this training is the right fit, I encourage you to schedule a connection call before registering.
My intention is to create clarity and mutual trust from the beginning rather than relying on refund policies later.
Payment Plan Policy: Reiki Master Apprenticeship
Payment plans are offered for the Reiki Master Apprenticeship as a way to support accessibility while honoring the full energetic and financial exchange of the work.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
Monthly payments are expected on the agreed-upon schedule. If a payment is missed, access to future mentorship sessions, attunements, training progression, and/or certification may be paused until the account is brought current.
If financial hardship arises, please communicate as early as possible. My goal is to approach these situations with honesty, clarity, and care whenever possible.
Repeated missed payments without communication may result in removal from the apprenticeship and loss of access to training materials, mentorship, and certification eligibility.
Clear communication matters far more than perfection.
